You'll need to book us for at least 10 hours each month. Unused time won't carry over to the next month.

Send us your challenges throughout the month, and we'll handle them while you focus on your work. Our service is straightforward and efficient.

Here's how it works:

  1. Send Us Your Problem: Just send us a quick summary of the issue you're facing. Keep it simple and to the point.

  2. Quick Response: We promise to start looking into it within an hour. That's right, super fast!

  3. Immediate Fixes: If it's a simple problem, we'll fix it right away. You can get back to work without missing a beat.

  4. Complex Solutions: If the issue takes a bit more elbow grease, we'll give you an Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR) so you know when to expect it to be sorted out.

  5. Vendor Bugs? No Problem: If there's a bug that needs reporting to the vendor, don't sweat it. We’ll handle all of that for you.
